Sound Bath Healing Experience: Relaxation & Stillness

For thousands of years, humans have used sound frequency as a means for healing, for spiritual ceremonies, celebrations, and rituals, and as a way to reset the nervous system.
A sound bath offers a beautiful, approachable, and non-invasive way for us to cleanse, awaken, and evolve physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.

During a Sound Healing Session, I will use the healing properties of sound, frequency, and vibration to undergo a truly transformational experience.

A Sound Bath can be thought of as a literal bath- it has the ability to cleanse stagnant energy, unblock subconscious thought patterns that could be holding us back, and detoxify energetic, emotional, and mental toxicity. Consider a literal bath where we put epsom salt, essential oils, and herbs into the tub, because of the cleansing properties of water, our pores are open and ready to absorb the healing properties of the salt, oil, and herbs. The Sound Bath works in a similar way depending on your intention. Expect deep energetic cleansing, nourishment, nurturing, relaxation, a room full of love, and heart center awakening.

About your facilitator: Jamie

I've been an energy healer for many years and have been trained in multiple spiritual modalities. I have found my passion in the healing arts with sound frequency therapy. I am grateful beyond belief to get to add these potent sessions to my offerings! I would be honored to be your facilitator for 60 minutes of singing bowls & rhythmic instrument playing. What to bring:

Bring your yoga mat, pillow, and a blanket while you lie on the floor, and take time to unwind and relax while the frequency cleanses and calms your nervous system.

Location:

The Elon Recreation Center is buried behind Elon Elementary School. Take the road to Elon Elementary and slowly follow the path behind the school, past the fields, and over the speed bumps. Once you see the building behind, take a slight left and go around to the back of the building. Park your vehicle and you will enter the location from the back door of the building, directly into the Sound bath back room. Look out for the colorful sign.

When You Arrive:

Be sure to enter the room quietly as I have been guided to start playing the bowls when you arrive to cultivate a very relaxing and zen environment. Just get set up and lie down to experience this sacred experience.

I will be doing these events monthly and will include other healing modalities such as: heart healing, chakra cleansing, kundalini activation and so much more.
