TIPS:
The recommended time in most cases, is to run the sessions for 40 minutes - two times a day. ALWAYS drink a lot of water, preferably with fresh squeezed lemon in it when using frequencies. For Rife work - 40 to 60 minute sessions twice daily is standard, until the problem is eliminated. They can be run longer for serious problems without side effects. However, whenever running Rife frequencies it is necessary to drink 2 to 3 glasses of water (preferably with fresh squeezed lemon) per session.Ā
How loud do the speakers have to be?
Not loud at all. For speakers, set the level to a comfortable listening level. If youāre using headphones on the body, the volume should be between 80 to 90%. The level does not need to be loud. You should be completely comfortable. It's the resonance that does the work.
Recommendation: Listen with headphones placed on the stomach. If itās an area such as the foot or hand, place the headphones on that area.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Here at iManifest, we make sure that every order is checked thoroughly before it is sent out to you and we will only send products that are in the best possible condition.
We send our products in protective boxes/mail bags, but, sometimes once posted, items may become damaged in transit. If this is the case, simply photograph your damaged items and email them to us at imanifestchange@gmail.com, and providing we still have your item in stock we will send you a replacement completely free of charge. If we do not have your item in stock we will issue you a refund for the damaged item.Ā
You have 14 working days to notify us upon receiving your damaged item. If we are not notified within this time we cannot replace it for you nor a refund will be given. We will not accept returns nor give refunds for items that have general wear and tear made by the consumer.

If you simply change your mind about your item, you are more than welcome to return it. But please be aware, we do not cover shipping costs for the return of your item and this must be paid by yourself.Ā
